By purchasing a product or subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Products & Digital Delivery
Aus4K Digital sells digital products — downloadable guides, checklists, and configuration templates. All products are delivered electronically and automatically upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped, and no remote technical work is performed on your systems as part of a standard purchase.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
Some products are offered as recurring subscription plans (Essential Core, Advanced Optimization, Elite Infrastructure, and Aus4K VIP Dedicated), billed at the interval shown at checkout. Each plan grants access to the specific digital content listed on the Pricing page. We may adjust pricing or plan contents going forward; active subscribers will be given at least 30 days’ notice by email. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current paid period.

4. Acceptable Use
Purchased guides and templates are licensed for use on your own projects — you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the content itself.
5. Limitation of Liability
All digital products are provided “as-is.” Implementation results vary by site, and Aus4K Digital is not responsible for outcomes on any individual website resulting from applying our guidance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or subscription period.
6. Intellectual Property
All guides, checklists, and templates remain the intellectual property of Aus4K Digital. Purchasing a product grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content — not ownership of it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Users are strictly prohibited from using Aus4K Digital services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. If a user breaches these Terms and Conditions or violates our acceptable use policies, Aus4K Digital reserves the right to take immediate corrective action. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to our services. In the event of account termination due to a breach of these terms, the user remains fully liable for any outstanding charges or damages incurred by Aus4K Digital and is not eligible for a refund of any previously paid subscription fees.
