Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)

Since our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, purchases are final once the download link has been accessed. If you haven’t downloaded your purchase yet and change your mind, contact us within 7 days and we’ll issue a refund.

2. Subscription Plans

Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us — this stops future billing, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We don’t offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you’re charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we’ll investigate.

3. Non-Delivery

If you paid but never received your download link or subscription access due to a technical issue on our end, contact us and we’ll fix access immediately or issue a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email australia@aus4kdigital.online with your order number. We respond within 2 business days.
